MINISTRY PLACEMENT

Highlands College exists to train and equip students for the demands of a lifestyle devoted to Christ. Highlands College challenges students in every area of life to prepare them for a life of full time ministry.

Our graduates have completed a rigorous course of discipleship studies, leadership training, Bible classes, and hands on ministry. To gain practical experience in ministry, our students select a ministry track in their first weeks at Highlands College. Throughout their time at Highlands College, these students spend many hours per week in supervised, practical ministry in addition to outreach, missions trips, classroom training, and daily contact with pastors and leaders of Church of the Highlands.

Hiring a Highlands College graduate means hiring a trained servant leader who has learned to operate with excellence in ministry and to steward effectively the resources entrusted to him.
